Our philosophy for our staff follows along with our philosophy for our students…

We know that working is something that everyone has to do, but we believe that you might as well have FUN while doing it! Our business is in an open and friendly environment. Our approach to working is based on creativity and fun. Our goal is to create a lasting positive impression on our staff, students and their parents that will last long after our classes have finished. We want to show you how working with us is not working at all… it is just plain FUN!

To Apply, You Must Be:

• Responsible
• Energetic
• Patient, yet firm
• Professional in appearance and demeanor
• Able to handle pressure
• Willing to work as part of a team

Instructor Certification Required:

• CPR Certification is REQUIRED
• Water Safety Instructor (WSI) or equivalent program preferred*
• Previous experience in education or competitive swimming is preferred.
• Sharks & Minnows Instructor Training Program® (All instructors are required to go through a 30 hour training program.)

* You may receive your certification prior to the start of training through Sharks & Minnows.
